Acceptance of terms
Please read the following terms and conditions of use before using this website or placing an order with Beautology Laser & IPL Services Ltd.
The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You represent you have the legal authority to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself or any party you represent. You must be of a minimum of 18 years of age to register and purchase from this web site. The placement of an order indicates you agree to accept all terms and conditions shown on this site.
Order Acceptance Policy
Beautology reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions shown anywhere on the Beautology web site.
Accuracy of Product Information
It is our intent that all information provided on this web site is as accurate and up to date as possible.
Your Account
Accuracy
On completing account information the user warrants that the personal information which is supplied is accurately completed with true and valid personal information. The user will maintain the accuracy of all personal data by editing their account details held by accessing their account online or emailing customer services.
On providing any personal information you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Confidentiality
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. Full responsibilities for all activities that occur under your account or password are held with the user
Availability of Goods
While we will strive to supply all products offered on our web site they are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
If we cannot supply goods we have on offer ordered by customers due to availability we will fully refund any monies paid for them if so required or alternatively offer an alternative product.
Postage & Returns
UK Delivery
UK orders (stock items) for Standard delivery are normally despatched within one to two working days from clearance of payment. We expect delivery to be within 2 to 5 working days thereafter from the date of clearance of your order.
Expected delivery dates are dependent on the weight of your order and/or the shipping destination. Standard Delivery will be by next day courier service for up to 10kg in weight.
International Delivery
International Orders (stock items) are normally despatched within one to two working days from clearance of payment. Expected delivery being within 5 to 10 working days from the date of order placement. Expected delivery dates are dependent on the weight/size of your order and/or the shipping destination.
International delivery will be by international courier service this will be dependent on the weight/size of your order and/or the delivery destination.
Delay of delivery
in the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. Unavailable stock and special order items will be despatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but any dates we specify are approximate only and we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date.
Additional delivery instructions
while you are completing your online order if you have any requests concerning delivery let us know this by entering details in the “Add Comments about Your Order” Box. Such information can include a request to delay your order for despatching at a later date. Please note we cannot accept any alternative delivery address requests when paying by credit/debit card.
Problems with deliveries
Undeliverable orders
Undeliverable orders that have been despatched to the delivery address as supplied by the customer and consequently are returned to Beautology are subject to a refund of the value of the products only (not including delivery charges) and less any applicable return postage costs.
Damaged Goods/Shortages
Always examine the packaging at the point of delivery before signing for any package. If the package appears to be damaged in anyway Insist on writing a note on the carriers delivery consignment note. Always inspect the correct number of the correct goods are in the packaging. It is your responsibility to inform us of any damage to products within 7 days of delivery. Beautology will not be held liable outside of the 7 days if we are not informed of any discrepancies/damages.
Returns
Please contact us by email for approval to return goods to Beautology. Beautology will not be liable for products returned without prior consent. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all goods are packaged correctly and securely. The company will not be liable for transit damage.
Refunds
Once the company is happy with the condition of returned goods and all returned goods and packaging are in unused and original as new condition, a refund can be issued. Refunds will be processed within seven working days.
Packaging
Customer is responsible for returning products to Beautology at the Customer”s risk and expense. It is recommended that you should use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance and keep a record of proof of posting.
Taxation
VAT is calculated on delivery destination. All orders to destinations within the UK and the European Union (EU / EEC) will have VAT added to the value of the order.
All Orders delivered to destinations outside the European Union (EU/EEC) do not have to pay VAT but orders may be subject to local sales or import duty, of which are not included in our prices. Any Payment due of theses taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer on or following delivery.
Workshop Repairs and Maintenance
The company carries out repairs in our workshop at our office location.
When repairs are carried out on customer equipment a minimum two-hour labour charge is payable prior to carrying out any planned works or inspections of equipment.
A quotation is then supplied for any further works or parts required. Upon acceptance of quotation, the company will proceed with the next steps of the repair process. Advance payment may be required if special order parts are needed.
Once works are completed an invoice will be raised. Payment will be required prior to collection or delivery of items. Upon delivery or collection of equipment, it is the customers duty to inspect and record any issues with the equipment operation or equipment condition. Please refer to the Damaged Goods section above.
Non payment
All installed parts are the property of Beautology Laser & IPL Services until full payment has been made. If full payment is not made for equipment, parts or services, the company reserves the right to remove parts from equipment. This may render equipment inoperable.
If full payment is not made for equipment parts or services after three months after date of final invoice, the company reserves the right to dispose of or destroy equipment.
Planned Services and Breakdown Visits
Beautology carries out planned preventative maintenance visits and emergency repairs at customers premises and at our offices.
When Beautology carries out a service or repair of customers’ equipment, the company will cover any issue related to the service or original breakdown for a period of 30 days. Warranty is only given on issues related to the original service, breakdown visit or related to parts fitted. Any issues that arise outside of these areas or after 30 days is not covered by the company and will be chargeable. It is the customers’ responsibility to report to Beautology any issue that is related to the service or original breakdown visit immediately. Delays in reporting an issue could cause further damage to the machine and invalidate any warranty claim.
All parts installed by Beautology Laser & IPL Services Ltd are the sole property of the company until full payment has been made. The company reserves the right to remove parts due to non-payment. This could render the equipment inoperable.
